Pay: $2621 - $3158 | Shift: Rotating 5x8 Days, Monday to Friday

Join our healthcare partner's team and bring your expertise to a facility that values your skills and dedication. As an RNFA, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures and patient outcomes.

Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available
Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of procedures and patient care
Participate in on-call rotations at least twice per week and every third weekend
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
Minimum of 2 years experience as an RNFA
Experience in primary spine, ortho, and robotic surgeries
Current RN license in the state of practice
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
