We are looking for a team enthusiastic people with varied experience who want to learn the ins and outs of working with power, and experienced people who want to expand their knowledge. The Role;
ø Performing preventative maintenance on a range of equipment in the substation, including breakers, switchgear and measuring devices.
ø Writing technical reports.
ø Monitoring systems for outages.
ø Reporting outages through the correct channels for effective resolution.
Ideal Candidate;
ø Prior experience working on a power generation site/substation, or as a Lineman.
Or an educational knowledge level of power or renewables.
ø Ability to interpret data and translate in to reports.
ø Has effective decision in situations to resolve potential issues.
ø Knowledge of HVDC systems and associated equipment is a plus.
ø Ability to working rotating shift pattern.
