Manufacturing Operator – Entry Level (2nd Shift)

Pay: $20–$23/hr

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Shift Differential Included)

Aerotek is hiring motivated individuals for multiple Manufacturing Operator roles in a clean, organized, and growing production facility in Bethel, CT. No prior machine experience needed — full training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Operate basic production machinery after receiving full hands‑on training.
• Follow simple instructions to assemble, process, or handle small parts and components.
• Perform basic quality checks using microscopes or measuring tools (we will train you).
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Assist with general production tasks such as loading materials, monitoring machines, and packaging finished parts.
• Learn to spot minor machine or process issues and report them to maintenance.
• Support daily manufacturing operations in a clean, temperature‑controlled environment.

What You Bring

• Willingness to learn new skills and work with your hands.
• Ability to follow written instructions, labels, diagrams, or simple work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate materials.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and interest in manufacturing operations.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, or hand tools is a plus (not required).

Preferred (Not Required)

• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience.
• Comfort working with small parts or precision tools.
• Experience in medical device, electronics, or cleanroom production environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
