Join Our Team as an Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance checks on vendor work and collaborate with business units to fulfill auditor requests.
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders to address audit-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze and prepare metrics for senior management to provide transparency on team volumes.
- Manage communications with internal and external clients to ensure timely responses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Recent Graduate
- 1 to 2 years of financial services experience (internships count)
- Proven knowledge of one or more product areas within Operations
- Ability to perform technical responsibilities with high competence

- Hybrid Schedule 2 days remote
- $20-$22 an hour
