Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the firm. This role will serve as a critical partner to the Lead Advisor, operating at the center of the business to ensure seamless execution across client service, office operations, and administrative functions.


The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in building scalable processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering a best-in-class client experience. This is an opportunity for a hands-on operator to step into a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and meaningful influence on the firm’s growth and operational strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a high standard of execution across all functions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Lead Advisor, supporting business priorities and operational initiatives.
  • Manage client scheduling, communications, and coordination to deliver a seamless and professional client experience.
  • Support preparation of financial plans, reports, and client presentation materials.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Process client transactions, including account opening and maintenance, with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, workflows, and policies to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee office infrastructure, including vendor management, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure effective use of technology systems and troubleshoot operational or system-related issues as needed.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to administrative staff as the firm grows.


Key Qualifications

  • Experience in operations or client service within the financial services industry is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial services operations, compliance, and client management processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 – $100,000, based on experience
