We are seeking a Financial/Operations Manager to help us manage our growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in New York, NY.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing

Daily operations

• Inventory Management
• Shipping Plans
• Managing supply chain logistics
• Optimizing workflows
• Ensuring consistent quality control

Financial:

• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring day-to-day financial operations, managing cash flow, and overseeing investments.

The hire will be responsible for Financial Oversight of their dept, budget, analyzing profit-and-loss (P&L) statements, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

They will work closely with the CEO, internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.

The role also involves managing budgets, analyzing key performance metrics, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration for the company.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management and supply chain logistics skills
• Experience in quality control, workflow optimization, and compliance management
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics evaluation, and budget management
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with relevant enterprise software and tools
• Experience in consumer goods or retail industries is highly desirable
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Must have 5+ years exp in Wholesale Industry setting.
