We’re partnered with a high-performing aerospace manufacturing facility that’s part of a growing, global organization supporting critical, high-spec applications. This is a stable, multibillion-dollar company with a clear trajectory. Known for its operational discipline, strong leadership team, and track record of delivering results, they’re looking to bring on two Area Managers to lead a key portion of the operations.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role where you’ll own a full production area: driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost - while leading a team of supervisors and a large hourly workforce.

You’ll step into a visible leadership position with real ownership, strong internal exposure, and a clear path for growth into broader operations leadership within a large, stable organization.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading day-to-day operations for a designated production area within a complex manufacturing environment
• Driving performance across throughput, on-time delivery, quality, and cost
• Managing key operational metrics including labor utilization, WIP, and production output
• Leading and developing a team of frontline supervisors and production employees
• Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain to improve processes
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools
• Supporting capital projects and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency and capacity

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of manufacturing operations experience, with leadership responsibility
• Strong background in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, etc.)
• Experience in Aerospace manufacturing or casting experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
