Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Strategy, Financial Oversight & Billing, HR & Talent Management, Systems & Tech Optimization, Compliance & SOPs duties
* Oversee daily logistics, facility management, and internal systems to ensure a professional, client-ready environment.
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, coordinate payroll/benefits, and optimize the billing and collections cycle.
* Lead the recruitment and onboarding of legal staff, manage performance reviews, and foster a culture of high accountability.
* Identify operational friction and implement better software workflows; serve as the primary liaison for IT and external vendors.
* Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure legal and ethical compliance across all workflows.
* Assist with brand consistency, social media coordination, and the execution of firm-wide events.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven track record in operations or office management; Legal or Professional Services preferred.
Strong leadership skills.
High proficiency with practice management software and modern office tech.
