Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead and elevate
performance across multiple CVISD locations. This high-impact leadership role blends
operational excellence with data-driven decision-making and emerging AI capabilities to
optimize scheduling, improve patient access, and drive scalable growth.
The ideal candidate is not only experienced in healthcare operations but also embraces analytics,
automation, and AI-enabled tools to modernize workflows and enhance organizational
performance.
What You’ll Do
- Operational Strategy & Execution
- Lead multi-site operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and performance
- optimization
- Partner with executive leadership, clinical teams, and administrative staff to align
- operations with strategic goals
- Champion innovation by integrating data, automation, and AI into operational processes
Scheduling & Capacity Optimization
- Oversee provider and clinic scheduling across all locations to maximize access and
- resource utilization
- Design and implement standardized scheduling templates and staffing models
- Leverage predictive analytics and AI tools to forecast demand, identify capacity gaps,
- and optimize scheduling in real time
Data, Analytics & AI Integration
- Own and evolve productivity reporting across all sites, including provider output, visit
- volume, and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain dashboards using advanced analytics tools (Excel, BI platforms, EMR
- reporting)
- Utilize data modeling and AI-driven insights to identify trends, predict bottlenecks, and
- inform decision-making
- Explore and implement automation or AI solutions to streamline reporting, scheduling,
- and operational workflows
Workflow Innovation & Process Improvement
Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign workflows using data-backed insights
Develop and maintain SOPs for scheduling, reporting, and operational processes
Lead cross-functional initiatives, including digital transformation and process automation
projects
Train teams on new tools, systems, and data-driven practices
What You Bring
- 3+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience (multi-site environment strongly
- preferred)
- Strong expertise in provider scheduling, template design, and clinic workflow
- optimization
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualization, reporting, and
- performance metrics
- Experience with or strong interest in AI tools, predictive analytics, automation, or
- healthcare technology innovation
- Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, Excel, and BI/reporting tools (e.g.,
- Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable operational improvements
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across teams and drive change
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- College Degree preferred
