Compensation: $28–31/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Overview:

A leading real estate organization is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support its Capital Project Services team. This role provides administrative and operational support across a large portfolio of commercial properties, working closely with internal teams, field operations, and third-party partners.

This is a high-visibility position offering exposure to construction projects, lease administration, and property operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate capital and tenant improvement projects across a commercial real estate portfolio
  • Set up and maintain project workflows, budgets, and documentation within internal systems (Yardi preferred)
  • Review and interpret lease agreements to identify landlord obligations and project scope requirements
  • Support invoice processing, coding, and budget tracking for construction and property-related projects
  • Upload and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and supporting materials
  • Serve as liaison between internal teams, field operations, and third-party/outsourced partners
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing documentation, and workflow issues
  • Maintain accurate project data, including budgets, timelines, and forecasts
  • Assist with reporting and ensure adherence to internal processes and procedures


Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in real estate, property management, construction, or related field
  • Exposure to lease review, project coordination, or facilities/property operations preferred
  • Experience with invoice processing, data entry, and workflow coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
