Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills — manages multiple priorities without losing detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive organizational and pastoral information
• Proactive by nature — anticipates needs and resolves issues before they surface
• Calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a church, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization
• Familiarity with Planning Center Online or similar church management software
• Experience coordinating events or multi-location logistics

Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Operations Coordinator to help lead a fast-growing, multisite church alongside the Chief of Staff and Senior Pastor.
Must be local to Atlanta
Compensation:
$45,000 to $50,000 per year annual salary.
