Pay rate: $20-$21/hr

Description:

This role is responsible for building, training, and maintaining a high-quality workforce and customer experience within a defined region or hub. This role blends recruitment, training, and field operations, with accountability for onsite client quality and overall hub performance.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring & Onboarding: Source, interview, and hire Onsite Support Specialists (OSS) for your region; ensure onboarding sets OSS up for success.
• Training & Enablement: Conduct initial and ongoing OSS training; reinforce operational playbooks and standards.
• Field Quality & Performance Management: Oversee coverage and onsite experiences for new launches; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Market Development & Ad Hoc Operations: Support local growth initiatives, including restaurant visits, test orders, and representing operations onsite.
• Hub Performance Ownership: Maintain a strong OSS bench; ensure coverage, quality, and readiness; flag operational gaps.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in operations, field management, recruiting, or training roles.
• Strong people judgment; ability to identify high vs. low performers quickly.
• Comfortable providing direct feedback and coaching.
• Highly organized and self-directed; willing to spend time in the field.
