Invictus AI is building intelligent AI agents that automate complex workflows and augment enterprise decision-making. We are hiring an Operations Associate to work directly with our executive team and help scale the operational backbone of the company.
About the Role
This is a high-visibility, high-trust role at a fast-growing AI startup. You will operate at the center of leadership, communications, marketing coordination, and cross-functional execution. If you are highly organized, an exceptional writer, and thrive in fast-moving environments, this role is designed for you.
The Operations Associate partners directly with leadership to ensure alignment, execution, and operational clarity across the company.
This role combines:
• Executive operations support
• Strategic project coordination
• Marketing and communications support
• Recruiting coordination
• Internal systems and process improvement
This is not a traditional administrative role. While calendar and meeting management are part of the scope, the impact extends into external communications, cross-functional execution, marketing initiatives and content creation.
You will gain direct exposure to company building inside a high-performance AI environment.

Exceptional Writer: you communicate clearly and concisely. You are comfortable drafting communications that may be shared externally with investors or enterprise clients.
Proactive Owner: you anticipate needs before they arise. You solve problems independently and do not require constant direction.
Professional and Discreet: you handle sensitive information responsibly and communicate with maturity.
Technically Dynamic: you are comfortable using AI for everything that can be done with AI. Google Workspace and experience in startup or technology environments are plusses.
