Operating Room Nurse Manager

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Operating Room Nurse Manager! Full Relocation!

Responsible for providing leadership to the Operating Room department. Oversees daily operations, manages and develops departmental staff, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care. Utilizes the nursing process to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients.

• 8 Operating Rooms with a diverse case mix that is heavy in robotics and has a new Neuro Program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
• Certified in Basic Life Support
• Professional certification in clinical area or management preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in clinical area of Surgical Services/Perioperative
• 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role
