I’m looking for a founding Operating Partner to help me build and scale a portfolio of home service businesses under Studio Q.
This is not a typical job.
This is not a management role.
This is also not some weird scam job that sounds to good to be true.
This will not be a walk in the park (although I will be right there with you).
This is for someone who wants to take the long road of building real businesses and a real career.
Studio Q is a venture studio focused on simple, durable, real-world service companies. The kind of businesses that don’t disappear when trends change. Remodeling. Maintenance. Home prep. Cleanup.
One is already live. Others are ready to launch.
The brands, positioning, and systems are already built.
Now it’s time to build the companies.
What this role actually is:
You are not stepping into a finished business.
You are stepping into a build.
In the beginning, this will look like doing whatever it takes to get momentum:
• Taking calls
• Booking jobs
• Managing customers
• Being on-site
• Solving problems in real time
But that is not the end goal.
The goal is to:
• Build systems
• Hire teams
• Create structure
• Step out of the day-to-day
• And eventually help install operators and leaders within each business
This is a path toward becoming a true operator across multiple companies, not just running one job at a time.
How we work together:
I will focus on:
• Brand and positioning
• Marketing
• Strategy and expansion
• Building the overall system
You will focus on:
• Turning opportunity into revenue
• Turning jobs into repeatable processes
• Turning early traction into real businesses
We build this together, step by step.
Compensation:
• $50,000 base salary
• 30% revenue share
• Clear path to equity in the businesses you help build
This position is not a revolving door and i'm only looking for one very motivated and driven person (I swear I can't write anything without it sounding like a MLM pitch...sorry).
