We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in OneTrust Engagement Consent & Preference Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of rolling out, managing, and operating consent setups for US-based pharmaceutical and life sciences clients using OneTrust. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance and operational excellence in privacy data governance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and management of OneTrust Consent & Preference Management solutions for pharma clients in the US.
  2. Oversee end-to-end consent setup operations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, compliance, IT, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Drive best practices and governance frameworks around consent and preference management.
  5. Provide subject matter expertise on OneTrust platform capabilities and industry compliance requirements.
  6. Support client engagements and manage relationships with key pharmaceutical and life sciences accounts.
  7. Ensure strict compliance with US regulations relevant to consent management in the pharmaceutical space.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 8+ years of relevant experience in consent, and data governance.
  2. Deep expertise in OneTrust Engagement Consent & Preference Management.
  3. Hands-on experience rolling out and managing consent setups and operations for pharma clients in the US.
  4. OneTrust Certification is required.
  5. Preferred background in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  6. Strong understanding of the pharma data & consent landscape.
  7. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience specifically within the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Familiarity with HIPAA, CCPA, and other relevant US data privacy regulations.
  3. Experience working with enterprise-level life science clients in a consulting capacity.
