Job Overview:
Oliver Wyman is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. Responsibilities include assisting with reporting and analysis to senior management; revenue and project analyses; forecasting and budgeting; month end financial close; in addition to the many interesting projects that the team supports during the year. The Analyst will report to the Corporate FP&A Manager and partner with many departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a finance background and possess excellent analytical and interpersonal capabilities. **This is a hybrid role that will require a presence in the NYC office several days per week.**
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly and quarterly reporting to senior management and stakeholders
Perform analysis on key metrics and drivers
Analysis, reporting and exploration of revenue and project related details
Support the month end financial close process by doing analysis of interim results
Support the analysis of our monthly FX gains and losses
Support our M&A activity from due diligence to financial integration
Work with the team and other functions on our annual budget process
Leverage our data warehouse and BI tools (such as Tableau) to produce analysis in support of business decisions
Support special projects and produce ad hoc financial analysis as needed
Experience Required:
BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a consulting, accounting, financial, or highly analytical role preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Must be comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data in excel using advanced formulas. Ability to learn Macros is preferable.
Strong PowerPoint skills
Experience with Tableau or other BI tools desired
Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning and SmartView is a plus

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
