Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry of credit-related activities. You will provide support in the day-to-day operations of the credit department, and ensure accurate account analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and analysis of entries in third-party system software.
  • Assist in keeping information used in the collection process updated.
  • Assist with maintaining and evaluating information in our payment portal.
  • Utilize financial software to process transactions, update account information, and generate reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit policies and collection strategies through analysis skills.


Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook software.
  • Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail in data entry and account reconciliation tasks.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles including debits & credits and financial concepts.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong math skills essential for account analysis and financial calculations.


This position offers a full and competitive benefit package with a stable and growing company. Work hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday in an office environment. Business casual dress.
