Insight Global is currently hiring a Part-Time Office Administrator for one of our clients in the SaaS industry. This individual will support their New York office 3 days a week. In this role, the office administrator will support overall office operations and help maintain a positive and enjoyable work environment.
The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
• Basic office management in a shared space
• Planning and executing company-wide events
• Prepare and ship laptops to employees
• Order office supplies
• Arrange breakfast and/or lunch meetings in the office
• Welcome new joiners
• Parcels preparation and shipment
• Manage laptop returns from remote employees
• Ad hoc projects
Required Skills and Experience
• 2+ years of experience working in a professional office setting
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work required schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
• Willing to complete administrative tasks as needed
