Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in New York, NY. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, manage office equipment, and coordinate communication between teams. Responsibilities include maintaining office organization, supporting staff members, managing supplies, organizing client dinners and events, and ensuring a well-functioning and professional office environment. $50,000 per year salary, end of year bonus, unlimited PTO, healthcare benefits, and Ubers to and from the office. Office located in Soho on the corner of Broadway and Prince Street.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and external partners
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks for managing schedules, records, and workflows
  • Experience with Office Equipment, including knowledge of basic troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Customer Service excellence to address inquiries and maintain a positive workplace experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant office management software
  • Ability to organize company events and client dinners
  • Maintain cleanliness of office space
  • Lead interior decoration of office space
