HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

Office Manager, WCS. Provides managerial assistance to SLA/WCS Administration and twelve (12) cost centers/Women’s and Children’s (W&C) departments. Liaises between WCS and Health Operations Administration, Corporate Compliance, Medical Staff Office and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) executive/administration offices. Liaises with pediatricians, obstetricians, and vendors. Manages two (2) administration clerical staff members.

Reports:

Service Line Administrator (SLA), Women’s and Children’s Services (WCS) [8326-009502]

Supervises:

Administrative Coordinator [6195-060206] and Department Secretary [6195- 060806]

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Required Experience:

REQUIRED: Three (3) years of healthcare business management/supervision experience. OTHER QUALIFICATION: Working knowledge of WCS
