Salary: $39,759.00 to $57,251.00 based on ACCS Board of Trustees Salary Schedule E3 04 and experience.
The Office Manager provides advanced administrative and operational support for the Financial Aid Office and its Director. This position is responsible for coordinating daily office functions, supervising part-time support staff, maintaining compliance-related records, and ensuring efficient, student-centered service delivery. The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting institutional effectiveness by improving processes and maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. Participation in a variety of multi-faceted functions internally for the financial aid department, other functional areas of the college, and other related off-campus affiliates may be required.
Prerferred Qualification
· Experience in a higher education setting, preferably in financial aid or student services
· Knowledge of federal Title IV financial aid programs and regulations
· Experience with student information systems (e.g., Banner)
· Supervisory experience
