Krimson Klover, a women’s premium apparel brand based in Boulder, CO is looking for an Office Manager Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will be an integral part of the Operations team contributing to all areas of the organization.

 

This multifaceted role is comprised of bookkeeping, data analysis, office management and customer service. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving, the ability to see a process through from start to finish, flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to systematize and streamline workflows to maximize efficiency. This is a new role at Krimson Klover that reports to the Director of Operations. 

 

Bookkeeping

Manage the data flow from Shopify to Quickbooks and adjust Quickbooks data as needed. Create Shopify deposits daily. Reconcile accounts through various selling platforms weekly. Reconcile company credit cards and process employee expense reports. Set up Vendors and manage payments. 


Data Systems

Maintain and align data across systems including QuickBooks, Shopify (DTC), NuOrder (B2B), and logistics platforms. Export and Import data to and from QuickBooks via 3rd party applications such as Transaction Pro, Zed Axis and Saasant. Create and/or maintain reports in Microsoft Excel from Quickbooks data for multiple departments including Sales, Operations, and Ecommerce.


Office Management

Manage day-to-day office operations for a 13-person team. Manage office vendors, supplies, and general administrative needs. Code shipping bill charges in QuickBooks. Certain times of the year, assist Customer Service with processing Sales Orders, returns, and website orders. This position has the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities with inventory and factory orders.


Human Resources

Act as the internal point of contact for our contract HR partner. Track employee time off earned and time off requests. After a period of time, additional tasks will be included.


Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent work experience

·      Minimum 3 years experience in office management and/or bookkeeping

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

·      Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Power Query and Pivot Tables is required.

·      Experience with Quickbooks is required. Experience with Quickbooks Desktop a plus.

·      Understanding of sales taxes & taxing jurisdictions

·      Strong organizational and time management skills

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Creative Problem-Solving ability to identify and resolve issues

·      Experience using AI for data analysis a plus


This role is a full-time position based in Boulder, Colorado in the Krimson Klover offices (this role is not remote). Five days in-office per week.  Occasional evenings/weekends will be required for select events.

·      Base salary $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience.
