We’re looking for a dependable and proactive Part-Time Office Administrator to help keep our Austin office running smoothly. This role is approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule that can be arranged around your availability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, deliveries, and general inquiries
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, mail, and vendor coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations and Finance teams (scheduling, filing, data entry, expense reports)
  • Coordinate travel bookings and expense submissions for team members as needed
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (desk setup, access cards, welcome materials)
  • Maintain office organization, cleanliness standards, groceries, and shared space management
  • Support marketing team in planning and coordination of company events, team lunches, and offsites
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets)
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter who can manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Warm, collaborative personality — a true team player
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus
