With 14 employees we have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and long-term customer relationships. We are looking for an Office Manager to support our operation.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Office Manager located in Alexandria, Minnesota. The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. Hours are 7am-3:30pm M-F
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations in a small team environment.
- Coordinate payroll and employee records (Experience with ADP or similar software preferred)
- Assist with benefits administration and basic HR functions (onboarding, employee support, etc.)
- Handle accounts payable/receivable (QuickBooks online experience a plus)
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff
- Maintain organized records, filing systems, and office processes
- Support ownership with reporting and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in an Office Manager, Administrative, or similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work alongside existing office team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with aspects of payroll, bookkeeping, or HR functions
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, ADP, Microsoft Office

Compensation/Benefits
- $25.00+ Per Hour Dependent on Experience
- 10 Paid Holidays per Year
