Reception & Communication: Greet clients, attorneys, and vendors professionally. Manage the main phone line and route inquiries accurately.
Facilities & Security: Coordinate with building management regarding maintenance, security, and access permissions. Ensure a safe, secure environment.
Logistics & Mail: Oversee all mail and courier services (FedEx, UPS, TimeCycle). Sort and distribute items to staff and branch offices.
Office Maintenance: Maintain the "show-ready" appearance of conference rooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Manage supply inventory and equipment service calls.
Administrative Support: Manage conference room scheduling and provide collaborative support to the team as needed.
