Office Clerk - temp assignment

• Answer telephones, schedule appointments, and communicate professionally with vendorsand service providers.
• Conduct crisis assessments, document needs, and provide temporary referrals when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs of incoming phone calls, messages, and case notes as applicable.
• Perform general mailing tasks such as stamping, stuffing, and addressing envelopes.
• Assist the Coordinator with maintaining forms, general files, and application records.
• Support program implementation and related office activities as directed.
• Assist with general office cleaning and organization duties.
• Accurately enter data and perform other tasks as assigned by the coordinator.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to always maintain confidentiality.
• Neat and professional personal appearance.
• Organized and detail-oriented work habits, including legible handwriting.
• Have visual capability and hand dexterity to operate a computer and other office
equipment.
• Communicate professionally by telephone, in person and in writing.
• Endure long periods of sitting.
• Ability to assemble hardcopy files.
• Able to proof-read information entered in the computer software.
• Must pass a background check.

**Required to travel to different locations a couple times a week.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00
