Key Responsibilities & Duties

Responsible for supporting all administrative functions of the Summer Camp program, including updating camp documentation annually, managing the full enrollment process (registration, confirmations, and correspondence), and maintaining accurate applicant and attendance data within the database. This role ensures completion of consent documentation through family outreach, maintains camp statistics and records in compliance with licensing and ACA requirements, and partners with accounting to support timely and accurate billing. Additional responsibilities include providing professional front desk support by answering calls and greeting visitors, preparing correspondence, managing office supplies inventory, serving as a notary as needed, and participating in required trainings and staff meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and two to five years of experience in clerical or office administration. They should be highly organized, able to develop efficient office systems, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in word processing, data entry, and the ability to quickly learn new technology.

Hours & Schedule

Dates: May 18, 2026 -July 31, 2026

Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 12:00pm
