The ideal candidate most likely will possess mid-level (i.e. 2+ years) Office Administrator and/or Accounting Manager experience and skills who is seasoned in accounting principles, QuickBooks Online, Payroll, Finaincial reports, working closely with external CPA on accounting, oversight of Employee Benefits Administration and day-to-day office administration.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position that will oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, managing office equipment, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will involve maintaining office organization, coordinating schedules, and supporting other administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Office Administration/Accounting/Payroll/Bookkeeping to manage daily tasks and ensure efficient office operations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks online) as well as MicroSoft platforms
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with employees and leadership team
  • A dedication to customer service and a positive attitude when addressing employee and vendor needs
  • High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Minimum of Highschool/diploma with 2 years experience required.
  • Previous experience in office administration/accounting or a related field
  • Previous experience in administering employee benefits and payroll required
