Position Summary
The Pediatric Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist will provide specialized outpatient services to pediatric patients ages 18 months through 16 years. This clinician will evaluate and treat patients of 18 months through 16 years, and educate patients and caregivers supported by best practices in pediatric pelvic health rehabilitation, for a variety of diagnoses including:
The OT will also develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans following an episodic care model, placing strong emphasis on caregiver education and home program development. The OT will also utilize techniques such as biofeedback, behavioral interventions, and sensory-motor integration strategies; Collaborate with patient care team, maintain timely documentation and billing and comply with all regulatory standards, and follow all department policies and procedures
