Day Full Time Pre Post Procedure Unit Registered Nurse
Our Pre Post Procedure Unit is a 15-bed phase two (2) recovery and procedure recovery unit. The unit is open from 0600-1900 to provide procedural services to the hospital, both inpatient and outpatient. The department recovers GI, MRI, IR, Cath lab and PACU phase 2 patients and prepares them for discharge, and is also responsible for admitting outpatient GI patients and readying them for procedures.

Minimum:
Current CA RN license
Minimum one (1) year RN experience in critical care, PACU, Ambulatory Observation Unit or similar experience
Current AHA BLS and ACLS
Special Skills:
Become competent in Sheath pulling within 6 months of hire
Preferred:
Two years of adult critical care nursing experience
Experience with post cardiac interventional / interventional radiology patients
Skills related to laboratory and x-ray order entry and online documentation
Sheath management and removal experience
