You will provide health promotion/maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions, prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment, exercise independent judgment on complex issues regarding job responsibilities and related tasks. You will report to the Associate Medical Director.
This position will be a fully onsite role based at our CenterWell Easton location.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Master of Science Degree in Nursing or PA Studies
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone
Preferred Qualifications
