Concierge women’s wellness practice seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-centered NP or PA to join our team and work closely with our provider in a highly collaborative provider role.
We are looking for someone who is confident, compassionate, and versatile — with experience in women’s health, hormone therapy, GYN, dermatology/aesthetics, and procedures. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys both clinical care and practice growth, and who can build strong patient relationships while helping guide patients through treatment plans and ongoing care.
What You’ll Do (Role Overview)
- Provide comprehensive care in women’s wellness and preventive health
- Evaluate and treat patients in areas including:
- Hormone optimization / BHRT
- Gynecologic concerns
- Weight management / metabolic wellness
- Dermatology / cosmetic concerns
- Perform or assist with in-office procedures/treatments, such as:
- Hormone-related procedures (including pellet insertion support/performance)
- Women’s wellness procedures
- Aesthetic/cosmetic treatments
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and follow-up plans
- Deliver an exceptional concierge-style patient experience
- Help with treatment plan conversions through ethical patient education and confidence in recommendations
- Collaborate closely with our provider on care plans, protocols, and patient outcomes
- Support practice growth, workflow efficiency, and high standards of care

Who You Are
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas (active and in good standing)
- Experienced in women’s health / GYN / hormone therapy (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with (or eager to grow in) aesthetic/derm/cosmetic treatments
- Strong procedural skills (or trainable with prior procedural experience)
- Excellent communication skills and patient rapport
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced concierge practice setting
- Confident discussing treatment plans and helping patients move forward with care
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and excited to grow within a dynamic role
Preferred Experience (Highly Valued)
- BHRT / hormone replacement management
- Pellet therapy experience (or willingness to train)
- Women’s sexual wellness / menopause care
- Aesthetic medicine / cosmetic procedures
- IV therapy / wellness protocols
- EMR documentation and treatment plan follow-up
- Prior experience in a concierge/private practice model

Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Bonus/incentive opportunities may be available based on performance and growth
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5pm
