Nurse Practitioner (NP)
We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to provide advanced nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health management for patients. The NP will work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, history-taking, and diagnostic evaluations.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results.
Diagnose acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations.
Provide health education, counseling, and preventive care guidance to patients and families.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records.
Adhere to all safety, compliance, and infection control standards.
Respond appropriately to urgent and emergency patient situations.
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
National certification as an NP (ANCC or AANP).
Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical NP experience preferred.
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
