We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our client's clinic team in Cumming, GA. In this role, you'll provide both direct and indirect patient care, support the management of acute and chronic conditions, and help shape patient-first healthcare. This is a dynamic, hands-on position offering a meaningful opportunity to promote health, safety, and wellness in the workplace. This is a full-time role for first shift and no weekends!
Position Highlights:

- Pay Rate: $65-$75 per hour based on experience

What You'll Do:
- Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physicians’ protocols
- Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs
- Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness
- Create and implement treatment plans using evidence-based protocols under physician supervision
- Perform health screenings and disease prevention programs
- Provide patient education, health coaching, and advocacy
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Monitor the effectiveness of care interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and make appropriate referrals
- Oversee respirator and auditory testing performed by clinic staff
- Accurately document patient data in the EMR
Ideal Candidate:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license
- 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting required
- Licensed to practice in Georgia
- DEA license preferred, or willing to obtain
