Looking for is a Registered Nurse (RN) Director, Surgical Services who is a strategic RN leader with extensive experience directing Surgical Services operations and advancing perioperative excellence. Demonstrated success in leading complex surgical departments, managing resources, and aligning clinical practice with quality, safety, and financial performance goals while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and patient-centered care with these qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
