MercyOne Medical Centeris seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join our high-performing neurosurgical teamin an inpatient-focused role. This position offers the opportunity to provide advanced neurosurgical care within a collaborativehospital setting, focusing on critically ill and acutely injured patients. Ideal for surgeons passionate about trauma, emergencyneurosurgery, and ICU-based care, this role allows you to make a significant impact without the demands of a traditional outpatientpractice.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Primary focus: Neurotrauma, exclusively provide carefor acute neurosurgical hospitalized patients
• Emergency Neurological Services: TBI, intracranialhemorrhage, spinal cord injuries and acutehydrocephalus
• Oversee patients in the Neuro ICU and step-down unit
• Provide consults to ER and inpatient units
• APP support in OR and inpatient rounding
• Work Structure: 7on/7off, high acuity calls for ER andICU consults
• State-of-the-art facility: Advanced Neurosurgical ORand ICU capabilities
