Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY. The Multi-Unit Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and implementing operational policies. Additionally, this position will focus on coordinating cross-location strategies, mentoring management teams, and enhancing customer experiences.
