MRI Technologist – Travel Job

Pros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to the radiology team to interpret physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or ARMIT.
  • RT(R)(MR)(ARRT) or equivalent MRI certification recognized by the employer.
  • CPR certification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist, including experience operating GE MRI equipment.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, ideally within a 250-bed acute care hospital or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR workflows.
  • Preferred: MRI advanced level certification and state licensure where applicable.

Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital.
  • Shift: Nights.
  • Shift hours: 1900–0700.
  • Scheduled days: Every other Monday; Tuesday; Wednesday; Thursday (7p–7a rotation as noted).
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
  • Equipment: GE MRI systems.
  • EMR: Epic.
  • Float requirements: May be required to float within the health system to other facilities as needed.
