Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility with a hands-on production floor environment. You will work around molding equipment, heavy machinery, and related production tools, including cranes, forklifts, and various hand tools. The role requires standing for the majority of the shift, frequent movement around the production area, and regular lifting of materials and components up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds or more. The facility operates multiple shifts, with typical schedules including a first shift from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., a second shift from approximately 3:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and a third shift from approximately 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. (exact times may vary). You will work in a safety-focused environment that emphasizes proper use of lock-out/tag-out procedures, machine guarding, and personal protective equipment, with a practical, production-appropriate dress code suitable for operating machinery and handling materials. $17-18.50/hr is wage + perfect attendance bonuses!
