Electronic Combat Solutions is looking for experienced Systems, Integration, and Test Engineers. Join the focused team supporting technical development and continuous improvement over our fleet of Electronic Warfare stimulators and interface with programs across our business product lines. As a MoSE Systems Engineer you will be responsible for the execution of systems activities relating to the program’s Electronic Warfare stimulators. This includes performing flight testing in a lab environment and understanding platform parameters in flight. We are focused on delivering innovative solutions throughout the lifecycle of system development.
In this role you will:
Apply technical skills to integrate, update, and sustain RF stimulators.
Coordinate and communicate in a matrix organizational structure across disciplines (Contracts, Program Management, Security, IT, Engineering, Hardware, Software, Lab Services, and Procurement).
Prioritize multiple program requirements, balancing constraints, defining workarounds / contingency plans, and identifying resources to minimize program impacts.
Communicate status and updates to a broad team.
Contribute thoughtful ideas, keep teammates informed in a timely manner, and collaborate closely to move initiatives forward in achieving success of shared team goals
Compliment programs in troubleshooting throughout the integration and test process.
Work in the laboratory environment with RF hardware and complex simulations.
Coordinate and prioritize with vendor on-site representatives in support of maintenance actions.
Interact with customers who perform testing at their sites.
This is a full-time, on-site position supporting both Nashua, NH and Manchester, NH locations, requiring consistent, on site and in person collaboration.
Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline with a minimum work experience of:
6+ Years with BS
4+ Years with MS
Possess an Active Secret Clearance with ability to possess Special Access clearances.
Knowledge of EW and RF concepts.
Ability to evaluate/validate RF output, multi-beam, frequency agile, PRI, PW, and pulse modulations using complex test equipment.
Strong Systems Engineering test discipline and rigor.
Refined communication skills with experience communicating to internal and external customers representing BAE Systems both programmatically and technically.
Ability to work with subcontractors who support the EW stimulators.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of RF threats and ability to asses through verification and validation our EW stimulators as compared to real world expectations.

Ability to obtainTop Secret clearance.
Experience with CEESIMs.
Proficiency in C++, Linux, Windows, and other Computer Science attributes to develop plug-ins.
Experience using MATLAB for analysis.
Experience operating complex stimulators in working with prime mission equipment.
Experience with external EW products such as AFSIM and EWIR.
Knowledge of advanced framework implementation in simulation, knowledge of external Mission Models such as AFSIM and an understanding of EW modeling and correlation with own-ship kinematics modeling.
Proficient use of test equipment: Spectrum Analyzer, Phase Network Analyzer, Oscilloscope, and power meters.
