We provide on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services by traveling directly to customers homes or other approved locations, delivering convenient and reliable automotive care.Job DutiesProvide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle systems.Repair suspension, engine, transmission, brake, interior, and electrical systems.Use company software on a tablet or phone to follow procedures, complete job documentation, and manage workflow.Safely operate a company van or truck when traveling to customer locations.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area at each job site.Requirements / Preferred QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills.Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems independently.Proficiency with diagnostic scanners, hand tools, and power tools.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when required.Willingness to adapt to new software, procedures, and training.Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout Duval, St. Johns, and Flagler counties.Availability for daytime work, 3 to 6 days per week.ASE certifications or automotive training preferred.Job RequirementsValid drivers licenseHigh school diploma or GEDBasic to advanced automotive repair knowledgeAbility to diagnose and repair common vehicle issuesAbility to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentAbility to use a phone or tablet to follow company procedures and complete job updatesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work outdoors in hot, cold, or changing weather conditionsAbility to travel to customer locations throughout Duval, St. Johns, and Flagler countiesDependable, professional, able to work independently, and in a team.
