Sample Coordinator / Merchandiser
Location: Lyons, GA (fully onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (standard business hours aligned with production)
Compensation: ~$70,000
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sample Coordinator / Merchandiser to help drive the flow of new orders from concept through production. This role is the central hub connecting sales, art, purchasing, and production teams to ensure timelines, materials, and deliverables stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming orders from sales through production
- Track artwork, sampling, and production timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure all components (labels, tags, packaging, etc.) are accurate and ready
- Collaborate closely with art and production teams for seamless execution
- Manage purchasing of blanks and materials
- Communicate updates across departments to maintain workflow alignment
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or coordination roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- Background in textile, apparel, or promotional products
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors
