Role Description
Quality Healthcare Clinic (QHC) is actively seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide outpatient therapy services both in-person and via tele-behavioral (remote). We have a satellite location in Aurora, NE.
Seeking Part time or Full time, Flexible Schedule.
Provisionally licensed individuals are welcome to apply! - We will assist with necessary supervision requirements.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will work with a team of excellent professionals to help clients struggling with a variety of mental health conditions or addictions. A candidate must be compassionate, detail-oriented and willing to work in an environment where confidentiality is of the utmost importance. The therapist will provide treatment plans and support in order to help clients help themselves.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Intake assessments
Diagnose and treat patients of all ages for behavioral health using evidence-based therapy methods
Provide individual, family and potentially group therapy/counseling sessions
Maintain behavioral health records via the use of Electronic Medical Records system (Therapy Notes)
Follow standards of care for each client/patient
Participate in continuing education programs as needed
Remain current with behavioral health trends and information that influences treatment methods
Maintains a high level of integrity
