Location: WellSpan Ephrata Hospital – Ephrata, PA

Shift: Night Shift | 10-hour shifts | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Incentive: Sign-On Bonus Eligible

WellSpan Health is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to support patients in the Emergency Department at WellSpan Ephrata Hospital. This overnight role is critical in providing timely behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, and care coordination for individuals presenting with mental health and substance use concerns.

Minimum Education:

• Master's Degree Required in Counseling, Psychology or Human Services-related field
