Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions and post-surgical needs
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery

Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state license)
• Certifications: BLS (required); ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of MedSurg or acute care experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
