Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technician located in Clearwater, FL. The technician will perform diagnostic laboratory tests, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with quality control standards. Responsibilities include preparing specimens, analyzing samples, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver reliable results. Contributing to laboratory innovation and efficient operations will also be part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine
• Strong Laboratory Skills coupled with competence in handling Laboratory Equipment
• Experience in executing and maintaining Quality Control protocols
• Attention to detail, accuracy in test results, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Associate’s degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field; certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is highly preferred
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory environment is a plus
