Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist.
Job Location: Irving, TX 75063. and Arlington , TX
Pay Rate: $35 to $40/hr. on W2 without any benefits.
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversation to Perm according to clients need
Shift Time: We have 1 Morning Slot, rest 3 are 2nd shifts starting from 11 AM to 2 PM.
Role Summary:
• Perform and report laboratory testing using approved procedures
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and QC/QA standards
• Maintain accurate documentation, quality control, and instrument maintenance
• Report STAT/critical results and support regulatory inspections as needed
Requirements:
• BS or AS in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related lab science
• MT/MLT certification or eligibility (ASCP/AMT preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience (high-complexity preferred)
• Strong computer and documentation skills
