Pride Health is hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist to support our client’s medical facility based in Irving TX 75063.

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist
Location: Irving TX 75063
Schedule: Tue- Sat 11a- 7:30pm /Tue- Sat 9a- 5:30pm /2nd shift, 2 pm-10:30 pm (Central), Tuesday - Saturday
Duration : 3 months+
Pay Range: $40 per hour
MT/MLT/MLS - must have credentialing through ASCP, AMT or AAB (only one of these)
We are seeking a certified **Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)** for a 13-week contract assignment in Rome, Georgia
. This role involves performing laboratory procedures on blood and other body fluid specimens under the supervision of a laboratory technologist or supervisor.
#### Key Responsibilities:
* Perform laboratory testing using manual techniques and automated laboratory instruments
* Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including Beckman Coulter systems (AU system experience preferred)
* Process blood and body fluid specimens according to established protocols
* Ensure accurate documentation using laboratory information systems
* Maintain quality control and adhere to laboratory safety standards
* Perform phlebotomy as needed
#### Required Qualifications:
* BS in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science
* Certification from a recognized national certifying agency (ASCP or NCA)
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant laboratory experience
* Experience with Beckman Coulter equipment (AU system preferred)
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to perform laboratory functions independently
* Effective communication skills
