This Medical Assistant – Contract‑to‑Hire position plays a critical role in supporting providers and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow, accurate clinical documentation, and high‑quality outpatient care.

What you’ll do

• Perform clinical procedures under provider supervision
• Support ambulatory clinical workflows and patient care processes
• Manage prescription refills and medication prior authorizations per protocol
• Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits and procedures
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked and all clinical logs and checks are completed
• Implement provider orders and collaborate with licensed care team members

What you need

• Medical Assistant Certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to meet ambulatory MA clinical competencies
